Technical Camps

Our Technical Camp Sessions are our longest-running and most popular programme, designed to give players the opportunity to make significant improvements in a specific area of their game.

Sessions run for 3 hours during school holidays and half-term breaks, with the usual session time being 10:00am–13:00pm. Please check our booking page before attending, as session times may vary depending on coach and venue availability.

Open to U7–U13 players, each Technical Camp focuses on one key technical topic, allowing players to spend the entire session developing and refining a specific skill. This dedicated approach helps players leave with greater confidence, improved technique, and a clearer understanding of the area they've been working on.

Throughout the session, players rotate between coaches and age groups, giving them the opportunity to experience different coaching styles, challenges and learning environments.

One of our most popular camps is our Ball Striking Masterclass, where players spend three hours mastering a wide range of striking techniques, including power, accuracy, volleys, half-volleys and finishing. By the end of the session, players leave with greater confidence, improved ball contact and the tools to apply their new skills in matches.

OFF-SZN GRIND

Our OFF-SEASON GRIND programme is a brand-new addition to the 7EVEN Football Group calendar, designed specifically for U9–U13 players looking to gain an advantage before the new season begins.

Created to bridge the gap between seasons, these sessions help players build match fitness, sharpness and confidence through a series of fun, competitive, football-specific activities. Every exercise is delivered with a ball at the player's feet, ensuring that technical development remains at the heart of every session while simultaneously improving physical conditioning.

By combining technical repetition with football-specific conditioning, players return for pre-season feeling fitter, sharper and ready to compete—giving them the best possible platform to start the new season with confidence.

7EVEN Futsal

Our brand-new 7EVEN Weekly Futsal Programme launches this September, providing players with a unique opportunity to develop their technical ability in one of football's most effective learning environments.

Futsal is a fast-paced indoor format of football, played with a smaller, lower-bounce ball and rules designed to encourage quick decision-making, intelligent movement and high-quality technical execution. With more touches of the ball, constant involvement and limited time on the ball, players are challenged to think and play at a higher tempo.

Futsal has become an increasingly important part of player development in England, with the Premier League and a growing number of Category 1 & 2 Academies using it to enhance technical development, creativity and game understanding. At 7EVEN Football Group, our aim is to replicate many of the principles, practices and learning experiences found within elite academy environments, delivering a challenging and enjoyable programme for every player.

The programme is led by Head Coach Owen March, who founded South London's first dedicated youth futsal league prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. His passion for the game also formed the basis of his university dissertation, which explored the impact of street football and futsal on player development. This combination of academic research and practical experience underpins the philosophy behind every 7EVEN futsal session.
